1 General Information and Eligibility

3 Age Policy

By registering with acl365, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. The platform reserves the right to verify age at any time. If identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

If any minor among your acquaintances may have access to your device or account, you are advised to use parental control software.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the acl365 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and get a bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (you must bet 15 times the bonus amount).
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be mentioned in the offer description.
• A player may not use a single promotional offer more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse or fraud is detected in bonus usage, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the acl365 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform ensures that all game results are impartial and free from manipulation.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting software bugs or technical errors will be treated as fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical reason, the platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the stake amount. Incorrect winnings displayed due to a technical error will not be paid out.

10 Limitation of Liability
